ePack #34

Dear Families:

It sure felt like summer the last few days!  Please provide your child with a water bottle (label with name) for school on very hot days.  We want to make sure the children are hydrated as some of our rooms get pretty warm.  I hope you have a great Memorial Day weekend!  Please remember that there is no school on Monday, May 30th.

Memorial Day Ceremony:  We had a school-wide Memorial Day celebration this morning in the auditorium.  Mr. Leahy, our music teacher, did a great job leading the children through their patriotic songs!

Friday, June 3rd:  Please remember that there is no school for kindergarten students only due to parent-teacher conferences.

PTO Meeting:  Our next PTO meeting is Wednesday, June 1st at 7:00 p.m.

Moving?:  Please notify the office if you plan on moving so we can maintain updated class lists for next year.  Thanks!

Thank You:  Please note a thank you letter from Mrs. Burke in today's ePack.

Gr. 1 Author's Tea:  Our first graders did a great job yesterday!  Thank you for attending!

Have a nice weekend!  Happy Memorial Day!

Author's Tea:  Grade One families are invited to Community School on Wednesday, May 25th at 1:00 p.m. to listen to their child's writing.

No School:  There is no school on Monday, May 30th, due to Memorial Day.

Very short message this evening and only a couple of postings in tonight's ePack.

Enjoy your weekend!
